Logic analyzer B-240

Logic analyser/pattern generator B-240 is a remote probe for implementing logic analyzer/pattern generator functions in digital oscilloscope BORDO B211 (B211A), multichannel systems for analogous and digital output/input B-181 (B-381).

Technical characteristics of B-240-16 (B-240-08)

Common
  • Number of channels - 16 (8)
  • Number of probes - 2 (1) (each probe has 8 channels)
  • Maximum sampling rate - 100 MHz
  • Memory depth - 64 KS
  • Signal level - TTL
  • Clocking: internal (from the built-in generator) and external (from any of input channels)
Main working configurations of the analyzer
  • The analysis of signals from any of 8 low input channels with sampling rate up to 200 MHz and memory depth up to 64 KS
  • The analysis of signals from any of 16 input channels with memory depth up to 64 KS and sampling rate at range from 500KHz to 100 MHz
  • Availability of pre- and post- history
Trigger mode
  • Word recognizer 16 bit 4 sequential samples. The following trigger conditions are available:
    0 or 1 state on any channel; up to 32 bit binary word (0, 1, don't care values);
    up to 8 sequential logic states on any channel;
    up to 8 sequential 32 bit binary words;
